I hired another Agent who was local to my area and that a friend had used to sell her house. I was in a hurry to sell my house and just assumed all Agents were the same. I could not have been more wrong. After my house sat on the market for a week with only 1 showing, I knew something wasn't right. So I removed my house from the market and started over. Amber Jones had sold another house for me (which sold within a month) so I hired her again. We had 3 offers in a day, and a contract by the end of the week. Amber is always quick to return calls and texts, kept me informed, and very knowledgeable of the market. She guided me in the right direction on every step. The entire process, from pictures of the house to closing went flawless.

When we received a call from Rob Negrin regarding a home my wife and I were interested in, I hoped he would set up the appointment fast without delay since this housing market is so tight. Rob was sent to us from God. He was courteous and kind, and what's more, he got us in to see the home with speed. He had a sense of humor which is important to me when dealing with tough situations. We found another home, he not only got us in to see it fast, but called the listing agency, and through his connections, our offer was accepted. Not only that, he introduced us to a mortgage broker who fought for us and ultimately, we purchased the home after some tough problems were solved. After closing, Rob got the home cleaned, introduced us to a painter and flooring specialist-- all of whom we hired. What more can a buyer ask for. I would give Rob ten stars if possible. If you're looking for a truly full service agent, look no further. Call Rob Negrin. Call no other agent.

Amber did a great job helping me get my house ready for sale. She made great suggestions that were spot on to increase curb appeal and sale ability. We sold my house in 17 days once it was listed for essentially asking price! I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend her!

Rob was very professional and sold the property in a timely manner enjoyed working with him. He got me the asking price for the home and the sale went very quickly. If I had another home to sale I would go back with him.

Heather was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us! We sold and purchased our new home with her. The process was relatively smooth in a chaotic market. We were very grateful for having Heather and her team to represent us in the sell and purchase of our home. We weren't just impressed with her expertise in this crazy market, but she helped to move mountains on the day of our closing as well. We almost didn't get to close on schedule, but Heather worked tirelessly trying to get everyone to do their job so we could stay on our schedule. Moving can be stressful at best, but choosing the right agent can make the transition go much more smoothly. You want to be able to trust your agent and believe that they care about you and will look out for you. Heather is that kind of person. She's willing to go the extra mile to see her clients happy.

Randy and Amber were great! They were very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. They were also flexible and worked around our schedule for viewing homes. I would definitely recommend them!
