We met Kelly back in January, we'd been down looking at the area and decided to put our house for sale in NC and look in this area for our retirement home. Our local agents' company has reciprocal associations with out of state agencies and put us with Crye-Leike. Kelly was chosen to be our representative and on our official house hunting trip, we saw the properties we'd seen via real estate apps and she said we needed to look at one of her listings we had not considered due to listing price. We agreed to see it and working with ourselves and sellers, that is the house we purchased. Kelly also arranged for us to meet with a mortgage company, and the agent we were introduced with, also became our ally in this tedious process which had more twists and turns imaginable, but with constant communications and clear goals we finally were able to close in GA last week, and our house sold in NC, closing in a couple of weeks. Our relationship with Kelly has been great and we would not hesitate to recommend her services and her "client first" attitude, real estate knowledge and experience, and work ethic. Thank you!
