Mr. Negrin was very responsive. I contacted him on a Sunday regarding a property that was listed for sale. Without hesitation, he immediately contacted the listing agent. My offer was submitted to the listing agent the same day. Despite there being other offers on the property, Mr. Negrin utilized his negotiation skills and expertise to converse with the other agent so that my offer was selected. During the process, he was very responsive and was expeditious in handling the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Negrin for all your real estate needs. Kelly is elite at what she does. We have partnered with her both as buyers and as sellers. She has helped us navigate the waters seamlessly. She has excellent knowledge of the area, and always seemed to be available (so much so I wondered when she actually sleeps). Kelly's biggest asset to us was the way in which she explained what was going on at each stage of the journey. We were never surprised by anything during the process because of how involved she was with us. There are not many agents as good or as knowledgeable as her in the Atlanta metro area, and we are lucky to have her as ours!

Rob was an absolute joy to work with. I barely finished the call with the Zillow rep who assigned Rob to my case before he called! He was aware that time was of the essence and worked immediately to line up home tours. My situation was unique in that I was considering purchasing a home for my elderly parents who reside in another state. Despite this, he was able to navigate many hurdles, even arranging to have a pre approval letter secured over a holiday weekend! Simply unheard of.

A+++ Above and beyond! Arleen is honest, very helpful and super responsive via txt, email and phones calls, That really made things go so much smoother for us. I can't say enough about her hard work and dedication. It was stressful move for my 80y/o mother but We always felt confident that Arleen was taking care of everything and was patient with us. Highly recommend!
