Robert Negrin is a phenomenal realtor. He is a consummate professional, extremely honest and trustworthy, punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and knows the business very well. Several variables made our homebuying process unique. Robert wasn't just understanding, he was accommodating, resourceful, and encouraging throughout. We didn't have a 'set zip code' in mind; thus, our tours took us from one side of the metropolitan area to the other. He was always punctual and prepared regardless of how far away or unique the homes were. He ultimately found us the home we wanted and facilitated an accepted offer on the property. (We had to later withdraw the offer, unfortunately) I'd recommend him to my mother and my children if they were in the market. That's how fantastic this guy is. I promise, he will never let you down, deceive you, or betray you. He's the best at what he does. Pick him now! He's NEVER too busy - you'll see.

A+++ Above and beyond! Arleen is honest, very helpful and super responsive via txt, email and phones calls, That really made things go so much smoother for us. I can't say enough about her hard work and dedication. It was stressful move for my 80y/o mother but We always felt confident that Arleen was taking care of everything and was patient with us. Highly recommend!

Robert was Ah-Mazing! My first time meeting him I knew he was the agent for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most Importantly on time. He was not pushy or overbearing. However, he is honest when asking his opinion. His goal is to make sure you have purchased the home that you love. We purchased a home through him and sold my mother's home through him. A great experience. He took care of my mom, making sure she was satisfied with her transaction. You can not go wrong with Robert. We highly recommend him. A wonderful experience for sure.

Although the time I spent with Arleen was fairly short [about 5 days] for looking and ultimately purchasing a home, she helped me find one that I really love! I attribute it to her expertise and abilities to hone in on my home spirit. She has a bubbly and fun personality you will really warm up to, like a member of the family. Thank you Arleen!!
