Mr. Negrin was very responsive. I contacted him on a Sunday regarding a property that was listed for sale. Without hesitation, he immediately contacted the listing agent. My offer was submitted to the listing agent the same day. Despite there being other offers on the property, Mr. Negrin utilized his negotiation skills and expertise to converse with the other agent so that my offer was selected. During the process, he was very responsive and was expeditious in handling the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Negrin for all your real estate needs. Heather was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us! We sold and purchased our new home with her. The process was relatively smooth in a chaotic market. We were very grateful for having Heather and her team to represent us in the sell and purchase of our home. We weren't just impressed with her expertise in this crazy market, but she helped to move mountains on the day of our closing as well. We almost didn't get to close on schedule, but Heather worked tirelessly trying to get everyone to do their job so we could stay on our schedule. Moving can be stressful at best, but choosing the right agent can make the transition go much more smoothly. You want to be able to trust your agent and believe that they care about you and will look out for you. Heather is that kind of person. She's willing to go the extra mile to see her clients happy.
