Rob was great at helping us find a home in GA when we were remote in CA. He traveled far and wide when ever we saw a possible property he would do a video tour and point out anything he saw. He was our eyes and ears looking out for our needs and the various criteria we placed on him to find us the right fit. Many thanks to Rob and his availability to go where we needed, his positive attitude and great advise.

Heather responded quickly to messages and requests to schedule home showings. She put our offer in quickly to get the first offer in on the house we wanted. She negotiated with the buyer to get the money for the repairs we needed and worked diligently with the lender to get us in our home in one month. She is personable, professional, and honest. Overall, she provided us with exceptional service especially as first time home buyers.

I worked with Kate Bell for well over a year and she was so great in helping us find exactly what we wanted!!! She never tried to push us into something that we didn't want or to try and make us get a home we didn't love and when we finally found our perfect home she did everything in her power to make sure we got to call it ours!!!!!! Couldn't have asked for a better realtor!!!

Firat off let me say that Heather Bledsoe is a BEAST! One of the BEST Real Estate Agents you can do buisness with. We were first signed up with an agent who was a 'Multi Million Dollar' a year agent who treated my family like 'Crap' in the sense of the word since we're paying for their services in the end. Lackadaisical and unresponsive when we needed her to schedule viewings. Told us if she didn't have an appointment on that side of town we had to wait for her to be in the area. Dropped that agent quickly. Got Heather's number from a home in McDonough our other 'A-hole Agent' missed out on for our family. We called Heather to inquire on other properties that she had similar to that one we missed and that conversation sold us on who we needed as our New Agent. Heather is informative, and her follow up game is BANANAS! You can tell when someone genuinely care about thier clients. As a retired Automotive Management & Sales Professional of 20 years that says alot about Heather. She told us from Day 1 she was going to Right the Wrongs of our previous agent. Heather did just that and our Family is enjoying our New Home. Thank You Heather and then some...
