Robert went beyond and above!!!!!.... Very knowledgeable!!!! Knew what we wanted and stayed on top of things!!!! Communication was outstanding!!!! Worked very hard on finding the house for us!!!! Although the time I spent with Arleen was fairly short [about 5 days] for looking and ultimately purchasing a home, she helped me find one that I really love! We had a great experience with Rob. He is friendly and very responsive, and we enjoyed working with him. He listens to the things you're looking for in a home and will make suggestions. He also is not pushy with those suggestions, which is something we really value. We got the sense that he's interested in helping people find their dream home, and that's all we can ask for!

My husband and I were finally ready to buy our first home and expressed interest in a few listed on Zillow. Almost immediately, Heather Bledsoe reached out to us by phone, and in just a few days, she was showing us the first house. We knew right away that she was working aggressively on our behalf and looking out for our interests. Throughout the entire process, every step of the way, we felt comfortable and confident, knowing that Heather was steadily doing all that could be done, often after hours and on weekends. Honestly, I can't even imagine how we would have made it through the home buying process without her. Heather Bledsoe is amazing!!

It was a pleasure working with Rob, He was very informative and went over and beyond to keep me updated on new listings and also made his self available almost always. He's the most friendly guy you could meet and made me as well as my family feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. I can truly say that I gained a friend throughout this process. Rob is truly passionate about what he's doing in the real estate business. If the opportunity presented it self again he would definitely be my realtor.

When we received a call from Rob Negrin regarding a home my wife and I were interested in, I hoped he would set up the appointment fast without delay since this housing market is so tight. Rob was sent to us from God. He was courteous and kind, and what's more, he got us in to see the home with speed. He had a sense of humor which is important to me when dealing with tough situations. We found another home, he not only got us in to see it fast, but called the listing agency, and through his connections, our offer was accepted. Not only that, he introduced us to a mortgage broker who fought for us and ultimately, we purchased the home after some tough problems were solved. After closing, Rob got the home cleaned, introduced us to a painter and flooring specialist-- all of whom we hired. What more can a buyer ask for. I would give Rob ten stars if possible. If you're looking for a truly full service agent, look no further. Call Rob Negrin. Call no other agent.

Rob was very helpful & responsive. He knew the area well and worked with my entire family to find us a home we loved. He then negotiated with the seller to get us the home $20k under asking price. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

Rob was great at helping us find a home in GA when we were remote in CA. He traveled far and wide when ever we saw a possible property he would do a video tour and point out anything he saw. He was our eyes and ears looking out for our needs and the various criteria we placed on him to find us the right fit. Many thanks to Rob and his availability to go where we needed, his positive attitude and great advise.
