As a realtor,I met Kelly through the referral system only by phone. Since I lived in a different state, I was referring my son and his wife who had been trying to sell their house for several months and with two different agents. I felt some of the advice they were given was off base. When I spoke to Kelly, I was comfortable with her knowledge of the area, her demeanor and her willingness to work quickly in what became a difficult transaction. Once a transaction was in progress it all went very quickly, even though the holidays were right in the middle of an agreement and a closing. Emotions ran high and a few wrenches were thrown in,but Kelly got the job done! Perseverance and patience were tested, but agent and clients made it to the finish line with mutual respect. Thank you Kelly! I look forward to referring to you again.
