We were under a time crunch to get our home in Stockbridge, GA sold as quickly as possible. Randy and Amber helped us decide what upgrades we needed to make, what items were fine as they were and what we could do to make the appeal to the most buyers. Once it went on the market,Bam! ....In no time we were 'under contract' and we have since gone to settlement and the new owners love the home. If you're thinking about listing your home, give this team a call. They understand the housing market, they understand you as a seller ( or buyer) and their end goal is not only selling your home but building a bridge of friendship. What??? You haven't called them yet?!?! Best home selling experience we ever had!

My experience from beginning to end was outstanding! My rental agent Arleen kept me well informed throughout the process and responded to all my questions and concerns. She was so friendly, it was like a long-time friend was helping me look for a home. My finance person Chris asked all the right questions to get me started and was respectful to my financial and budget needs. He too was extremely responsive when I wasn't clear on certain things. Thank you to the entire team that worked together to make this a rewarding experience!
